Application form can be downloaded from this website. Such applications must be submitted along with a Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/-, favouring Director, MINDS Bangalore, on any Bank payable at Bangalore Application form can also be obtained from MINDS, in person or by post. Duly completed application form along with 2 sets of certificates/mark sheets of qualifying examination, date of birth/ Std X certificate, experience certificates, letter of sponsorship and caste certificate (if applicable) should reach either of the following, on or before the last date for submission : |
