Prof. P.N. Shankaran: Professor, MINDS. Has 32 years of teaching, research & consultancy experience. Ph.D in Economics and LLB from University of Kerala. Guided several Ph.D projects. He was a consultant to several boards in State Government of Kerala. Published research papers in national & international journals. Presented papers in several seminars & workshops.

Dr. A. Prakash Rao: joint Registrar & Associate Professor MINDS. Has over three decades of research, teaching & consultancy experience. Ph.D. , M. Phil & C.P.S. from IIPS, Mumbai. M.A in sociology from S.V.University, Tirupathi. Former researcher at ISEC, Bangalore. He authored a book and published several research papers in national & International journals. Received TNS-ASIA PACIFIC Award during 2004, for Social Science Research.

Dr. P. Subramanian: Professor, MINDS. More than 35 years of experience as academic faculty, trainer, administrator and consultant, with special interest in curriculum & faculty development activities, student mentoring/ motivational programmes and institutional development. M.Com. from University of Madras and M.Phil. & Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University.

Mr. Srinivasa Sharan: Asst. Professor, MINDS. Chartered Finance Analyst, has over 6 years experience in research & teaching. MS in finance from Louisiana State University (LSU), Baton Rouge, LA, USA; Chartered Financial Analyst.

Prof. Ananda Das Gupta: Ph.D. in Small Enterprises Management. A  specialist in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour & Development. Has nearly two decades’ experience as faculty member, researcher & academic administrator and consultant.

Ms N Bharathi: Lecturer, MINDS & Urban Planner, STEM. Spacio-infotech Planner & GIS expert. Has 5 years of teaching & consultancy experience. M.Tech in Spatial Information Technology from JNTU, Hyderabad. Specialist in GIS & Infotech - Planning

Mr. V. M. Hegde: CEO of STEM. Has 33 years of experience. PG in Urban Management, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K. and Post-Graduate in Urban & Regional Planning. He is Chairman of a few committees formed by Govt. of Karnataka. Was Director, Town Planning, Govt of Karnataka. Published a book and a number of articles in journals.

Mr. Kiran Bindu: M Com and ICWA, Specialist in Corporate Budgeting and financial Valuation. Has over a decade of experience in teaching.

Prof. V. B. Koujalgi: Ph. D. from IIT-Bombay. Was on the faculties of IIT-Bombay and IIM-Bangalore. Was also consultant to UNDP.

Prof. K. S. Krishna Murthy: BE (Mechanical Engineering). MBA (Ohio, USA). Over 30 years of industrial & academic experience in India, USA & Dubai. Specialist in Marketing Management.

Dr. M. Nageswara Rao: MA (Economics), MSc (Statistics), PhD (Economics). More than three decades as academician, researcher, consultant & trainer. Specialist in Institutional Development. Currently, consultant at STEM.

Prof. P. Ranganath Sastry: Has a Master’s degree in Management Studies. BE in Electrical Engineering. Has been a consultant, trainer and academic for over three decades. Specializes in areas such as General Management & Behavioural Sciences, MIS & IT, Quality and Operations Management, and Soft Skills like Motivation, Communication, Business Etiquette and so on.

Mr. B V Suranjana Reddy: Asst. Professor MINDS and Project Coordinator, STEM. Has over 25 years of experience in teaching, planning and implementing training & capacity building projects. Post Graduate in Sociology. Designed various interview schedules for surveys of various projects.

Prof. K. N. Venkataraman: ME in Water Resources Development. BE in Civil Engineering. Served for over three decades in various capacities ranging from Assistant Engineer to Chief Engineer in Water Resources Department of Govt of Madhya Pradesh. Worked with the World Bank as Procurement Specialist. Currently, Procurement Consultant to the World Bank, DFID and USAID.
