MSW (with specialization in Human Resources Management) from Madurai Kamaraj University. Seven years’ experience in teaching, research and developmental project related work.
Prof. B. Bhaskara Rao: Executive Director of STEM. Housing & Human Settlement Consultant for over three decades. Alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur. Was Professor & Dean, IIM-B as also adviser to the UN and the Governments of Bhutan & Saudi Arabia.
Prof. S. Jeyabalan: M.Sc. (Mathematics & Statistics) from Madras University and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, with specialization in Finance. Nearly three decades of experience in Industry, Teaching & Research.
Prof. S. Nagendra: Dean (Programmes) – MINDS & Advisor – STEM. Specialist in Human Resources Management (HRM). MBA from Mysore University and LLB from Bangalore University. Also, Fellow of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). Has more than 25 years’ experience as teacher, trainer, academic administrator and corporate & HR professional. Is Member, Board of Studies in Management, Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
Dr. M. Nageswara Rao: MA (Economics), MSc (Statistics), PhD (Economics). More than three decades as academician, researcher, consultant & trainer. Specialist in Institutional Development.
Dr. B. S. Patil: Associate Professor, MINDS. Specialist in Business & Development Economics. Ph.D., M.Phil. & M.A. (Economoics) from Karnatak University. MBA (Marketing & HRM) from Bharathidasan University. PG Diploma in Marketing Management from Pondicherry University. More than 12 years’ experience as academician, researcher & academic administrator.
Dr. M. R. Rajashekara: Professor, MINDS. Specialist in Traffic & Transportation Planning. Ph.D. and M.E. (Highway Engineering) from Bangalore University. Was Honorary Research Scholar under an AICTE-sponsored Bangalore University R&D project. Over 25 years’ experience as researcher and academician.
Dr. K. V. Subramanian: Director, MINDS & STEM. Fellow (Ph.D) in Management from IIM-B. BE in Electrical Engineering from NIT-Surathkal. Has been a Management Consultant for nearly two decades.

Prof. Ananda Das Gupta: Ph.D. in Small Enterprises Management. A specialist in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour & Development. Has nearly two decades’ rxperience as faculty member, researcher & academic administrator and consultant.
Mr. V. M. Hegde: Post-Graduate in Urban & Regional Planning, with nearly three decades of domain experience. Was Director, Town Planning, Govt of Karnataka. Currently, Honorary Advisor, STEM.
Prof. Joy Mukhopadhyay: An alumnus of both IIT-Kharagpur and IISc, Bangalore. Has over three decades’ experience in industry, consulting & academics.
Prof. V. B. Koujalgi: Ph. D. from IIT-Bombay. Was on the faculties of IIT-Bombay and IIM-Bangalore. Was also consultant to UNDP.
Prof. K. S. Krishna Murthy: BE (Mechanical Engineering). MBA (Ohio, USA). Over 30 years of industrial & academic experience in India, USA & Dubai. Specialist in Marketing Management.
Prof. A. S. Rajagopal: BE in Civil Engineering. Has more than four decades’ experience as Site Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Advisor and Consulting Engineer for Construction Works.
Prof. P. Ranganath Sastry: Has a Master’s degree in Management Studies. BE in Electrical Engineering. Has been a consultant, trainer and academic for over three decades. Specializes in areas such as General Management & Behavioural Sciences, MIS & IT, Quality and Operations Management, and Soft Skills like Motivation, Communication, Business Etiquette and so on.
Dr. M. V. Srinivas Gowda: A PhD in Economics and an alumnus of Bangalore University and the Institute for Studies in Economic Development, Naples, Italy. Nearly four decades of experience in teaching, research & academic administration. Formerly, Professor & University Head, Dept of Agricultural Economics, University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. Currently, Academic Counsellor to IGNOU and Visiting Professor at various institutes. A specialist in Managerial/ Business Economics and Economic Theory & Development.
Mr. Srinivas Ranga Raj: A specialist in Industrial & Infrastructural Project Management. Formerly, Executive Vice-President, Tata Projects Ltd., Hyderabad, and Senior Consultant, Jurong Infrastructure India (Pvt) Ltd., Bangalore.
Prof. K. N. Venkataraman: ME in Water Resources Development. BE in Civil Engineering. Served for over three decades in various capacities ranging from Assistant Engineer to Chief Engineer in Water Resources Department of Govt of Madhya Pradesh. Worked with the World Bank as Procurement Specialist. Currently, Procurement Consultant to the World Bank, DFID and USAID.
