Professional Enrichment Programmes (PEPs)
PEPs are designed according to the needs of the infrastructure sector. PEPs are not merely routine programmes. Uniquely designed, these programmes:
- Serve as capacity-building initiatives and Organization Development(OD)
- Interventions to facilitate change
- Act as interactive and mutual learning forums
- Provide motivational inputs in general and inspirational-motivation in particular
- Act as diagnostic and problem solving labs
- Facilitate converting ideas into actions.
Upcoming Professional Enrichment Programmes (PEPs) from MINDS
MINDS is to organize a series of two-day non-residential PEPs for in-service infrastructure personnel.
To begin with, four programmes have been scheduled, with the support of well-known sectoral players:
